Meet Victoria
We all share a deep need for connection and belonging. Yet, life’s experiences and the systems
we navigate can sometimes leave us feeling isolated or disconnected from that sense of
connection we crave in ourselves and with others.
As someone who has been both a client and a therapist, I understand the courage it takes to step
into therapy and show up as your true self. I feel immense gratitude and honour in being trusted
to hold space for the most vulnerable and tender parts of someone’s journey.
To me, counselling is more than a profession, it is a profound responsibility. I approach it with
sincerity, care, and deep respect for the uniqueness of every individual. Together, we can create a
compassionate space for self-discovery, healing, and growth. It’s a privilege to walk alongside
you on this journey.
Framework
Victoria’s approach to therapy is deeply trauma-informed, prioritizing long-term healing and the
undoing of aloneness. She integrates principles from Polyvagal Theory, attachment-based
interventions, relational theory, and somatic/body-based therapies to foster a safe and supportive
therapeutic environment.
Victoria deeply respects and values your expertise in your own life. Your experiences,
perspectives, and goals shape the heart of the therapeutic process. By exploring how past
experiences continue to influence your present, Victoria supports you in making sense of your
journey, finding clarity, and improving your overall functioning and relationships in daily life.
With warmth, empathy, and a commitment to creating a safe, non-judgmental space, Victoria
strives to foster a genuine connection where healing, self-discovery, and positive change can
unfold naturally. Together, you’ll work toward meaningful growth, a deeper understanding of
yourself, and a stronger sense of balance and well-being.
